The Wall
In every community, there are places that represent historic or present-day pain and promise. These painful places could be a street notorious for being a sociocultural dividing line, or a spot where a recent incident of violence has taken place. We call these βaltars of pain.β In our public demonstration called The Wall, we turn these locations into altars of Godβs presence through uniquely structured silent prayer protests that are held on site to see the place of pain become a place of promise.
